I want to grow this in my garden. I don’t even know what kind of plant it is.

But something tells me that this is a tropical flower that would not survive the frigid New York winters.

It’s a dahlia.  They were the main flower in my wedding bouquet.  I love them.  You can grown them in your garden for sure.
